Investment:
It is the use of money to establish an investment project, expand it, develop it, finance it, own it or manage it in a way that contributes to the comprehensive and sustainable development of the country.
Investor:
It is every natural or legal person / Egyptian or foreigner, regardless of the legal system to which he is subject, who invests in the Arab Republic of Egypt in accordance with the provisions of this law
The investment project :
It is engaged in one of the investment activities in the sectors of industry, agriculture, trade, education, health, tourism, transportation, housing, construction, construction, electricity, energy and communications technology
